So my psu and graphics card died today. I have a choice to either downgrade to a 4gb AMD card from my old 1660 , replace PSU and replace SSD as it's at 100% without loading anything or get a new pc. Currently have a Ryzen 2700x, tuf x470 board. Repair/replacement cost 220 euro and new pc is 1k. Any advice?

Would it not be limited by the processor? That's what the repair fella said. I'm not very tech knowledgeable.
