I do agree with this, almost everyone uses a phone and usually isn't holding it like they're taking a selfie, it's on the floor or the table or on your lap and you do probably get used to that but i think a healthy amount of looking up/straight is also good.

I read some where that the reason why some people tilt their monitor is to simulate reading books or drawing a painting on the holder thingy

and that is more natural for your neck than forcing it to be straight up forward ahead

esp if you're working all day at the computer its better to not strain your neck and put it in a natural position when sitting at a desk
