Windows 11: I have an issue. A relative of mine (who passed away) gave me his PC, but I couldn't create an account since I didn't have the password to his account. I followed a tutorial that suggested booting into Safe Mode and using CMD from there. If I recall correctly, I renamed cmd.exe to utilman.exe or something like that. Then, I clicked on the human icon on the lock screen, and it opened CMD, allowing me to create a local account.

After that, cmd.exe never worked again, and I have another issue: I don't have admin privileges, so I can't do many things. My cmd.exe is blocked by Windows, displaying the message: "Your organization has used Windows Defender to block this application."

I tried running sfc /scannow in Windows PowerShell to fix any corrupted files in the system, but that requires admin rights. I would prefer not to reset the PC, so I'm looking for a solution that doesn't involve resetting the data. Thanks!
