I just updated my bios.
Doing this reverted my PC by like a year and a half and downgraded me from windows 11 to windows 10.

I think this is a result of being in the wrong boot drive.

2 questions to help me figure this out
a) Can I boot a drive that isn’t” windows boot manager”
B) if I go into windows how can I find out what drive has the windows 11 file and what drive has the windows 10 file

You could wipe any EFI partitions and do this in windows recovery environment terminal

Mount EFI as S (change according to actual disk and volume numbers, bcdboot requires that partitions are specified explicitly!)

list volumes

Use "bcdboot" command to fix boot
bcdboot C:\windows /s S:
(where C: is Windows partition, S: is EFI partition.)

As far as actually finding which is correct idk, you've got a 1tb and a 256gb ssd there, which size did C have last you checked?

Then you should be able to sell the 3090 for a 4080 super or something - because the 3090 has lots of ram and it's useful for AI in ways that the 3080ti isn't, so it commands a much higher price.

Alternatively, keep the 3090 and be happy. The 3070 is a great card, let down by Nvidias bullshit 8gb tiering.

Some of it is super old software, like we already binned a huge load of 3 inch floppies, with software that you probably can't find anywhere, some stuff is crazy old phones, there was a really old laptop in good condition, the guy did IT internationally, he had some odd things even for an IT guy, like a little tiny flash drive cloner, and a voice changer
