It's possible that a mobo running a 3600 might not be able to run a 4090 at all. A lot of lower end AM4 mobos from the days of yore don't play nice with PCI-E 4 cards that use rebar and need to run at PCI-E 3

That's a purpose-built ultra-specific product from Motorola. You could very well try connecting any sort of wireless audio transmitter that accepts a 3.5mm input to the WM800's 3.5mm jack, but the leaflet sheet makes no mention of that jack being used to transmit audio - only receive audio.
