The only concern is the cost of the electricity.
Unless your cooling is maddeningly ineffective you're hardware should survive just fine.
For example many people use all their computers' various processors to mine cryptocurrency 24/7 for about 5 years before they retire the parts for not being profitable, very few of them actually break down from the workload.

It is worth noting that if your cooling is bad (packed with too much dust, fuzz and feathers) then it's not good to use your computer for any workload, really. If that were the case it's definitely worth giving it a cleaning.

usually the GFX card is also an additional fan that sucks the internal air in and blasts it hot out the back of the case.
Although some GFX cards just kinda blast the heat around inside the case.
