Idk I never did for PCs that this refers to but tower cooler I could see how. It doesn't just bounce, it can go into resonance easily on road that has consistent cracks and bumps. It's weird: the resonance gets added to every bump but it doesn't have to be anything timed out right. Just cooler shakes more and more every bump (not even that severe). having a laptop keyboard with low profile keys presents a challenge when inserting it into a desk because it is not ergonomic. Unless you Have the frame sitting flush to the desk and the keys sitting proud of the top of the desk it will be very uncomfortable to use
