Timestamp of the incorrect graph is 11:41 to 11:56, and the same mistake on a similar graph from 12:13 to 12:22. Someone flipped the colors of the bars between the two segments, but copied the legend from the other segment. Probably because the CS GO segment was created after the original graphs.

When you post, make a note that the color of the FPS bars on the graph flipped between the charts on the 8:21 segment and the 11:41 segment. Not sure why the colors flipped. Probably because each graph is being custom made, and there aren't any templates to generate the graphs. Easy mistake to make, hard to catch.

Honestly, it might be an editorial decision to avoid templated graphs to keep the video visually interesting. That's a valid creative decision when the focus is keeping viewers engaged during a fast paced video. But it's definitely a mistake to not have someone double and triple check any legends on the graphs. Especially if the process for creating a new graph might sometimes involve copying an older graph (and legend) to be used as a reference.

There's a little bit of logic behind using misclassified training data as captchas. Basically, if the most cutting edge models can't correctly classify the data, then there's a good chance that no one can maliciously automate breaking the captchas.

The unfortunate side effect is that models are decent enough at classifying basic data that they've had to slowly increase the difficulty of captchas. I remember when they changed from pictures of home addresses to really really bad blurry scans of books. The difficulty ramped way up, because only the really difficult to classify data started making it through. There's some breakpoint where it's actually not unambiguous if a number is a sloppily drawn zero or a sloppy six.

Then, there's another problem, that you can't actually check if someone is a real person if you only feed them unclassified data. So you need to also throw in "correctly" classified data. But that data comes from models, so it can be painfully wrong. I know I've encountered this specific image before, and been told I'm the one that's wrong. It's so cursed, because the model thinks it's right about the data classification, but it's obviously not if you're a human.

There's like, a dozen of these on the internet. The models have zero idea what the difference is between a parking meter and a mailbox. It's funny, and sad. And also annoying when you're trying to log in and now you need to play the game of "guess what images the model got wrong".

You in the US? There are some pretty strict labor laws around providing equipment for employees, vs contractors which provide their own equipment. Microsoft got in big trouble for misclassifying employees a decade ago. If it was a medium or larger company of 100+ people, and you're expected to use a laptop most of your work day, that seems really odd that your company didn't supply a laptop. But I suppose that only applies if you're in the US, since labor laws vary by country.

Yeah, besides a small startup, I've only worked at companies with full time IT people. That definitely changes how things work. When I was at a ~40 person startup, I know some people got a lot of say in what laptops they bought, even though they were still company owned. (it was in-office) Everything was whatever devices they managed to scrounge up. Which was fine, until something stopped working, and suddenly you don't have any spare parts on hand to fix it, because everyone has a different laptop. Which is why most larger companies tend to standardize on a few specific designs. And once there's some security scares, suddenly they want to install software on your machine besides the most basic stuff, and then they need to manage software licensing since they're now big enough to bother being sued for using trial versions of software. Plus they lose some important file because no one was backing up personal files on laptops, so they need a centralized backup policy. Everything all happens quickly once you get above a certain number of employees, so most 100+ person companies end up with an IT department that has a standard corporate laptop with preinstalled corporate software for remote management. Even LTT is now moving towards having a centralized IT department that manages all that stuff, and they're only ~140 people. Scaling up companies is hard. Everyone runs into the same problems once you have multiple departments of more specialized workers who don't have skills in managing laptops, because they have experience doing the other job they got hired for.

In-office companies need to have replacements on hand to quickly get someone working, while remote companies can't stock parts at everyone's homes. short summary - get the devices in the Smart Life app, get their device ID's (you can get them through the device detail page, it shows the device ID at one spot).
Then login into iot.tuya.com (create account if needed), pick Cloud>API Explorer, select Smart Home Basic Service in the top left corner combobox, expand Smart Home Device Management, select Get Device Details, enter device ID, submit request, you get a response where you need local_key. You need the IP address, Device ID, local key to set up the device with local tuya. After that you will have to set up functionality (Sensor, button etc), but that is easy

really the only Tuya thing i couldn't make local or work with Home Assistant was the battery powered thermal sensor, cause that works in the most stupid way possible - it powers itself on once in a while, gets the measurement, connects to Tuya servers via WiFi (directly) or via Bluetooth through your phone (if you have the Smart Life app running) , and it delivers the temperature to Tuya servers, then powers off. So you can't make them local, cause they just blast the info to internet and they are not reachable after few seconds
