I also found old threads and it sounds like this isn't the first time GPU-Z has started flagging on Windows Security.

It automatically got rid of it and I deleted the installer, ran a system scan through Windows Defender and Malware Bytes just in case. Everything seems fine. I am just going to wait awhile to try and reinstall it.
