What do you mean? The controller things are really nice, including the FPS mouse mode on the right one. (It's at least nice for when you're at a table and just need to use a mouse. Haven't really tried to play a game like that yet, though. However, the joysticks are hall-effect, so no stick drift!

Honestly, my thing is that with places that can experience brownouts or unstable power (which sometimes is a thing here), some form of backup power is appreciable.
Though I can agree that the usecase is super limited, so it just depends.
