Honestly, the simplest way to fix a virus if antivirus alone fails:
Step 1: Unplug your PC from the internet. (Turn off WIFI, unplug ethernet, whatever)
Step 2: On a known-safe PC, make a new USB Windows Stick. (Rufus or Media Creation Tool)
Step 3: On a second USB Stick: Copy any data you need to save from your PC to the stick.
Step 4: Reinstall Windows, but also DO FULL DRIVE WIPES on all the drives in the process.
Step 5: Do a full virus scan on the second USB Stick before opening anything from it.

This will fix 99.99% of viruses. If you've got a firmware infection or something, good luck.

Unless google or whatnot saved it, it probably does not have your password. It however might have your auth token which can be used to access services without your login information. Just reset your passwords as a safe guard and good on you for using 2FA (this will also generally reset all tokens)
