no, not at all, you can get a decent pc for doing most things for 500 euros, if you want to do real gaming on it, then you start at 1000 euros/pounds

I really wanted to ask a question but answers were contradicting and i wanted an expert to tell me , is it okay if i plug in my laptop for a very very long period of time , i mostly do not open huge apps or anything , just (maybe too much) websites , spotify , and some other not so demanding tasks , i use my laptop almost 14 hrs a day and i almost always plug it in , is that dangerous to the battery ? and most importantly , will it affect anything else ? My laptop is an Acer Aspire 3 slim , with an i5-1135g7 , 12gbs of ram , an mx350 , 256gb ssd and a 1tb hdd.

if the battery management system in the laptop is good it should keep the battery at a fairly healthy state for quite a while
i dont know if that laptop's system does that, and i dont know how to find out, but that's the long and short of it

it should detect how full the battery is and meter charge current into it accordingly
