You can either reinstall, or give Samsung's Data Migration software a try. I was surprised at how well it cloned my 512GB laptop drive to a new 2TB Samsung 970 Evo drive without any issues, so I didn't bother doing a fresh installation. That said, your mileage may vary - some installs straight up hate being cloned.
