Like that's literally why I have Heroic in the first place, in case I realize I can't get certain stuff through Steam or in some way that is direct instead, especially because some games get weird too with some weird telemetry that requires an online mode in some cases. I have one game that does that when I reach a certain point (KHIII) so having the launcher to enable offline mode without having to try and figure out the official one actually makes it more bearable.

Colored or non light filled fans is same, usually its the fan curve type, the RPM, the amount of amps it consumes and the types of air pressure it can perform if I recall correctly.

In the sense you could have a crappy rgb fan and a decent quality one that has lights or no lights.

a 27" 1440p monitor is 109 PPI for comparison: Less than 1/4 of the iphone

while a 27" 4K is 163 ppi, barely over 1/3 of the iphone.

Thats true but I've found that even at the same ppi (two displays with equal resolution and screen size) some have more of a screen door effect than the other. It could def be totally in my own head but I feel like one of my parameters for a better ppi display ends up being can I see that easily or not.
