im assuming you mean "the 3 providers" but no, 5g is gonna cost a LOT more to implement than anyone is willing to admit, considering the particular band of it they are obsessed with here in the states that can be blocked by a pane of glass or a branch blowing in between you and the source. 2g requires towers every 25 miles, 3g was 5. 4g was technically 4.6 miles, and 5g is, depending on the band used, anywhere from 2 miles to 500 feet or so for optimal signal. what they keep using here is in the 500 feet or so range. that's why that big stadium they just built in Atlanta has dead spots even tho it was specifically built to showcase 5g 😛
