I wrote a password generator. You have have resupply the master passphrase to get the correct passwords each time. I used pbkdf2 in addition to SHA256.

It takes CSV as input, allows specifying what characters are required and password length, can run in browser or in nodejs

If I was to rewrite it, I would use JSON as input and include support for TOTP/RFC 6238 and use the master passphrase to encrypt the TOTP secrets
