as suggested earlier, the tuf a16 is a good choice to replace your existing gaming latop, but there are also other otpions in case you don't want to show off a huge rugged laptop in front of clients

oh if you want to replace the laptop linux machine, you can go for the chromebook and root it, but battery life on linux machines is just going to be inherently worse

and then if you want a new machine, i would recommend getting a windows tablet (no keyboard) and get a custom low-profile mechanical keyboard

My long term hope is that the next gen of frameworks (That have dGPUs) are priced within what I'm willing to spend, then I theoretically could replace all two/three devices.

So it is more a stopgap, tablet with a half decent keyboard case isn't out of the question
