C++ builds to binary, and there is very little between what you write and what the cpu actually runs, thus, its FAST, but it can be a pain in the arse to work with
the more tools a language gives you, the more a compiler has to do to turn that into something the cpu can understand, which ends up adding more binary, and slows down the binary... or.. you have entire JIT or interpreter layers between the binary and the cpu
if you want "robust", it depends what you mean.. C++ is very easy to make not-robust
its easy to end up with overflow errors and memory leaks and all sorts of other security issues
something like C# or Java will mitigate a lot of those for you, but, the binary does not run as quick

The board that I have has three case fan headers. There’s one near the rear, one in the middle and one towards the front of the board, a bit below the one in the middle..
Currently the middle header is occupied by the connector for the two top 140 mm fans and the front header is being occupied by the connector for the front two 140 mm fans.
I need to add two additional case fans for general airflow efficiency. These would be two 120 mm fans, one at the bottom of the case and one at the top rear.
Should I just combine the top and front fans onto the middle header and then use the front header for the bottom fan and the rear header for the rear fan?
