I think it's extremely useful. Cleans up the chat. Some days I open up public chat, and it says 147 blocked messages.

It lets me know that nobody who spoke in the last two hours has a take worth hearing.

Intel Atom n450, 2GB RAM. I put Windows XP on it so I can play old games from my childhood and some of the ones that I missed.
Works pretty well with Legacy Update, some lightweight antivirus, and a more modern browser like MyPal 68.

The thing about EOMM is that it ties how much you play and how much you spend, to matchmaking.
So even "skins" with no inherent stat advantages can be P2W since they tweak your matchmaking in the background.
I've seen plenty of documents and patents about it, and I even have my own Guilded server where me and my friends post about it.

even if you disable the personalization, they still track you.

if you are signed out, tracking seems to be enabled by default.

Vivaldi is pretty decent on Android. It has a built in ad blocker, but unlike most browsers built-in ad blockers (Firefox for example) you can customize the blocklists and add more.

it is pretty customizable so you can make it less cluttered, and even more so for the desktop version
