I’ve had extremely bad insomnia, and I’ll tell you common ltt goers know I’m up at the weirdest times a lot because of it… but I will say the best way to sleep sometimes is to not think of sleep while relaxing, thinking keeps your brain on, the more your brains on the less you’ll ever feel like sleeping. Turn on that blue light filter, even though it makes your screens look horrible, and honestly read a book, or listen to a lecture, you have to want to sleep to sleep
