Tbf, I can sort of understand where they are coming from here. A lot of sensitive data can be stored in a microsoft account so it makes some sense to be protective about the details of it.

You can save as a Microsoft doc too and open it with docs so as long as you are a little savvy you can use it at work or school.

I dont understand enough about networking to know if I am definitely correct or not, but i BELIEVE CGNAT actually just takes a bunch of people living in one area, and gives them the same IP address, to some extent

Not the same but you’ll be sharing a pool of IPs

Basically every connection from from your router will get assigned the desired port + an IP address from a pool with that port not in use
