Fun but irrelevant story: I used to work for Seagate Technologies, and that place was the most fun work environment ever. It was legit like working with family. Everyone got along. Problems weren't shifted up for someone else to deal with, instead you were encouraged to solve them on your own and actually help the customers, rather than follow a strict workflow/script. All major publications have very similar codes of ethics. Including Washington Post. The fact that you don't know them is either a big fail on WSP or you. Every profession has organizations that deal with that stuff, which then companies take, remove some of it and adapt them to their own.

I recall a case where a toddler unknowingly pressed on a tumour a dog had, causing it pain and it flipped on them. Dog was a family dog that was perfectly well trained its whole life. At the end of the day, its still an animal
