Depends on the city. For example, in Jakarta, the bus is a really great way to get around the city, especially during the summer heat.
But in places like Hong Kong and Taiwan, it would be much more wise to use the MRT since it's connected to buildings.
I'm living in Taipei right now and going around with MRT is pretty much the best way to do so.
Away from the heat.
But busses are great to get into unreachable places considering mountains exists here.

No star link does not offer a replacement for underwater cables. Satellites are used for providing connectivity in rural locations or as emergency backups, but they can't replace physical infrastructure entirely. The speeds on those cables are insane

Well...I hate to rain on your parade, but if you see a physiotherapist that's not over 60 years old, they'll all pretty much tell you the same thing...
Insoles are actually bad for you because they encourage muscles to underdevelop...those weird shoes with the toes are actually the best for your feet, or shoes with a "zero drop"
The orthotics/insoles thing was disproved through research a while ago

Me too. My PT specifically recommended against them even with that. You need to build up arch muscles, your feet just get flatter and flatter if you have insoles.

I would recommend just finding a good physiotherapist and just seeing them every week for 2 months. Costs about $75 a visit, but it will drastically improve your long term health, even with just the advice they give you
