you cannot get around physics... you will not get desktop performance in laptop form factor, all else equal... the laptop has no means to remove heat at the same rate that a desktop would. Laptop implementations of high series GPUs will have performance of a few tiers lower. Typical laptop 4080 will struggle to keep up with a desktop 4060. Same for CPU. Same but different for RAM.
