Even though it's comfortable the moment you are doing this on the long term it can put a strain on the body

Same for people sitting on their leg on their chair, comfy on this moment but the long term health effect exist

It's not because we feel good on the moment that this means it's ergonomic

Ergonomics emphases on long term well being, something comfy doesn't equal ergo, of course there is some sort of correlation and it's obviously not mutually exclusive but it's not something as trivial as "comfy => ergo"

It's just my personal conclusion from having two herniated disks and a genetical disease that makes my joint hurt everyday because my articulations are not "attached"

sony did a bad job of making a HAL for it to make it easier to develop for
