2560x1080 models still technically exist but.. skip em. The standard today is 3440x1440 @ 34". I've got a second rig with an RX6600 hooked up to my old PG348Q (3440x1440@100Hz) and as long as you make good use of FSR, perfectly capable of playing games.

Two 1080p 24" monitors that she has is more desktop real estate than those crappy 2560x1080 ultrawides. At least go for 3440x1440
