I have my Focusrite interface and speakers. I don't focus much on laptop sound. As long as I have a decent interface, audio shouldn't be an issue. I can use the built-in speakers for mastering, though.

People who have dopamine underproduction are more susceptible to having depression, anxiety and impulse control

Having a bit of caffeine can help boost dopamine production overall, but it can also affect other things which is why I said it won’t help in every situation. Also a stimulant is not always the correct answer for what is going on.

Never let food/drink cool to room temperature unless you’re going to consume it fairly quickly after though. If it’s just plain tea you’re probably fine, but if it has any dairy or other milk substitute I would think twice.

this also includes things that are cold, never let it come up to room temperature. It is very unsafe and you can get very sick or die from food poisoning.

and even if you cook it to above the safe temperature, some microorganisms actually leave behind toxins which don’t break down with the heat
