i was stepping up 12v to 28v at 130w so like 4 amps output and would be roughly 10 amps input it was working fine but when i went back to it the battery i was charging was at 0 as it drained all the way and now the step up board only outputs the same 12v but only allows a small amount of watts i assume ive killed it is this because ive put too many amps through it i thought it would kind of limit its self and not die on me lol

i can charge my battery at 12v but its max input amps is 8.5 so thats a max of 100w so stepping up to 28v at 8.5 gives me a charging wattage of 238

so i have solar panels that go into an mppt controller and like 4 lead acid batteries just to store power and provide a buffer the output of the mppt goes to a step up boost converter and changes it to 28v which is the max voltage the mppt in my bluetti eb3a can take and charge. it was working well until i came back to the setup a day later and notices my eb3a battery was dead and an error on my solar controller saying E04 meaning short circuit im pretty sure from memory what im asking is surely the step up board would have protections in place to like not burn its self out like limiting amps flowing through with too much heat kind of thing but apparently not. The fiber connection goes through some converter into copper and into a weird port. Plus the IPTV doesn't use an ethernet cable and instead uses an actual TV cable.

That's where you build a community around the bot with a level of trust in the people taking part in its training practices. Let it mod a channel and have a team of mods take individual messages that need to be banned and add to it.

However, in the context of where LLMs are currently, I don't think extensive training would be required. Alpaca, Claude, and OpenAI are all really good already at identifying messages that violate preset rules in the system prompts.

If you can afford the extra, go for the 5500 over the 4500. And if you can find it cheap the 3600 is going to be faster in some cases due to the better cache. The 5500 will be much better than the 4500 generally and is about $30 more.
