The only issue I have with Arc at $200 is that you need ReBAR which like on a $200 GPU... it's fairly likely the person in question is going to have 9th gen/Zen+ or earlier which don't have ReBAR which makes it a problematic as a budget GPU.

Admitedly it's less of a big deal if it's AM4 as there are really great drop in replacement CPUs for AM4 which are a massive upgrade over Zen+ but like also Zen+ is good enough for an A770 so...
