i'm not the person who sent that but i can think of a couple reasons: they're fairly susceptible to wireless interference, G305 i think is a prime example of that; batteries, some of them use AA batteries which increase the weight dramatically (even though you can use adapters or aluminum foil or whatever, it's inconvenient and the latter just...yeah) and for those that use li-on batteries, even tho it's like once a month you'd even need to, sometimes there's just that one day where it just pisses you off enough, and the included cables are trash with wireless mice so using it wired is a nono unless you buy another cable to use with it.

that being said i prefer wireless mice, but it's definitely an opinion thing really

as for wireless interference, g305 and most decent wireless gaming mice ship with a usb extension so that you can have the receiver as close to your mouse as you want

and for weight, that depends entirely on the mouse. I technically use a g305 but only the scroll wheel and sensor/mainboard are original, everything else is custom

A decent mic and audio interface will have a much better balance of gain etc such that the PC is unlikely to be a problem. Now, it does depend on your setup of course - if your PC is a screaming banshee then I would start there.

This sounds like a bad choice. Although, download macos, boot off the USB, should be able to manage the disk. Also I am not certain but you MAY be able to do it in the bootloader, but that might depend on an installed macOS

bearing in mind this isn't trivial - because you are expanding a partition and filesystem backwards, so it will have to move the filesystem back first, then expand out into the larger space.
