Ebay is pretty bad if you aren't an online store. Just use Facebook marketplace or your local equivalent. It's alot better even if the average sale price is higher on Ebay, you'll still make more with FB marketplace because there are no fees or taxes.

Yeah that happens alot. If you have a disability of any kind the council prioritises you over families even if it's relatively minor. Also if you earn more than £400 your benefits slowly get cut off until you earn the amount that rent costs and they completely get cut off
