Checked everything, tried DDU, even tried disabling GPU driver before hibernate, tried a different BIOS (XOC/normal on 2080Ti), tried fast startup, tried setting hiberfil to 100%, tried disabling hibernation and fast startup completely, tried toggling ErP and energy star whatever power saving settings in BIOS, tried having network connected/disconnected, tried bluetooth stuff, carefully checked USB devices and plugged in bare minimum (keyboard/mouse), tried setting pagefile to 76GB (with 64GB RAM), tried XMP on/off (3600MHz on Ryzen 9 5900x)

Even tried intentionally putting unnecessary heavy load like games running in multiple VMs at the same time, over 200 chrome tabs actively loaded, all browsers, OBS recording everything, while playing music, discord open in both windows and chrome xD Even then it hibernated and went to sleep almost instantly... But when I need it to do that, it doesn't and I can't pinpoint what's causing this.

This problem's been here, precisely annoying me and ruining my workflow since almost last 1 year and I don't know why it started either
