You don't install apps on Kinoite or Silverblue using the package manager (DNF) you did it via Flatpaks. All you need do then is filter all flatpaks on Silverblue to ones using GTK, and on Kinoite you filter to ones using QT.

Or you just work to theme GTK apps to look correct in KDE for example (there's already work here) and accept that things won't always LOOK perfect. It's not like apps on Windows are consistent. Windows ITSELF isn't even consistent ffs.
