Modern CPUs are pretty smart about temps, they clock down when they hit their max thermals to avoid letting the smoke out. If you get a lot of stuttering or poor performance in games because the CPU is at max temp, that's when you can consider upgrading your cooler.

I was pretty happy to have it, but exactly 1 year ago, war started, my house was destroyed, my laptor was stolen and broken in two pieces. My tv was broken too. And now i'm here, sitting on Celeron B815 even without a GPU in it. Life sucks.
