To answer your question honestly and not just take a big hit of copium like @fluid ridge pointed out, I think that in the world we live in currently there's not much we can do. It's sort of like when social security numbers started being a thing or when IDs in general started becoming standardized. Of course it's more invasive than that, but to a certain degree it's becoming more and more normalized and may just end up being what the world is as time goes on. The only alternative is to go off grid but they'll still have the data that you existed (via birth) and that you had a likelihood of going off grid based on their statistics.

The only possible way for a human being to not be tracked by corporations is to not purchase or use anything in the modern sphere, and to have been born and raised off grid, which is an extremely tall order considering the social nature of people.

The ball has been rolling and it can only be stopped by revolution, but revolution is deadly, and the benefits of our privacy being stripped away are very great for the people that look past it. The only real solution, then, is regulation. We'll see where regulation gets us in this political climate.
