That part i can do. Im super hands on. I just cant do studying and test taking. Which is becoming less and less required lately, but is still needed to have some familiarity with a topic before encountering it in a job setting

our grades were never letters, everything was percentages out of 100 and they gave us breakdowns of what each assignment and test were worth

standard class passing grade was 65%, honors/advanced was 85%

i take a igcse course (international british), and some subjects require 59% to get an A*
my school however, makes A* 85% for everything

a 75% score in english would be an A* for example, but 75% in english in american high schools would be mediocre

there’s general guidelines of what we’re supposed to be taught, called common core, but it still varies a lot by what area of the country you’re in

In the uk, we do some tests which don’t go towards anything but predicting your results, then on the final year you have your real exams
