What's interesting is a line-item regarding "Windows Studio Effects" Basically, it uses AI hardware acceleration via an NPU (Neural Processing Unit) to perform functions such as background blur of webcam video, and background noise elimination much like Nvidia Broadcast (RTX Voice).

So that got me down a rabbit-hole and it turns out NPU is already in the Surface Pro X via the SoC, and soon with Zen 5 and Intel's newer CPU.

I'm not sure of NPU will be a separate x86 instruction set, or an extension to the iGPU / APUs. The latter seems more likely. But even more curious, various articles mention dedicated NPU cards in the form of M.2. Sure enough, some can be purchased online, but seems more for research and development, not sure they're compatible with Windows API.
