AV1 is a newer more efficient video codec

in 99% of scenarios it would look much better than H264

but its way more intensive to encode, depends on the preset and resolution

Been so long but zephyrus/strix laptops are missing webcams... anything would be better than nothing 😐 most friends chose last gen old vivobook pro 14 over 2022's zephyrus g14 just because of the webcam... same cost but getting a ryzen 6th gen CPU, DDR5 RAM, better GPU (3050Ti over 1650Ti), larger and newer batteries, better display for gaming, but still, I'm surprised no webcam is still a deal breaker for so many
