they do, but typically you notice it only in OC headroom, which is not guaranteed by design. So if your 2600K could OC to 4.6GHz in 2011, but can only OC to 4.3GHz in 2023, does that count to you as degradation or not ? 😄

1st gen Ryzen also had pretty much zero OC headroom due how it was made

LMG is a relatively new company. And with all new organizations, there are growing pains. The management at LMG are all people that may not have direct experience with running a huge company. That being said, Linus is also the kind of owner that listens to employees and would address such issues in private.. NOT on a glass door review.
