buy the nzxt gpu aio mounting bracket, some raspberry pi cpu heatsinks or whatever, and a cheap aio

because trust me, you don't want to run a server fan in there on a normal case

hook it up to a system fan header and run it at a consistent speed

the reason the M1 and the M2 chips are so powerful, is because apple designed the M1 and M2 chips BASED ON ARM, but not JUST ARM. apple added several extensions of their own that only they have, to be able to make their own specific OS, run more efficiently... they catered the software to the hardware and catered the hardware to the software, to make a package as a whole, that runs more efficiently, at the cost of backwards compatibility (initially).. and thats why macbooks SEEM better... they arent, when doing general purpose stuff, they perform about the same as any other ARM cpu, but, when doing apple specific stuff, stuff that apple designed and built specifically to use those extra parts of the cpu that nobody else has, then it runs really really well...
