have to use use Rocky Linux. Rocky linux has no tool in the repositories for changing the wallpaper in x. No feh, no nitrogen, nothing. There's conky and azote, both of which have a dependency on feh. You can't simply statically compile feh. If you dynamically compile it, and then copy the resulting binary, it doesn't just simply work. I can try to find the dependency in rocky linux to locally compile it, but they don't list the dependencies for feh, just the debian apt-get command, so you might have to google the package name to figure out what dependencies are needed, then find those in rocky linux, and install them, so you can compile locally

I won a dispute on a 11$ item as the seller and paypal charged me a 15$ dispute resolution fee that took 2 weeks to get dropped

even as a buyer it can suck

they are a useless middleman most of the time

they've been fined and caught operating as a unlicensed bank a few times as well

they ban accounts for random shit

they will just actually steal sometimes from people
