Nobody else at my old work understood how my nested windowing SQL queries worked

Basically it splits the data into ordered sub sections. So if you have cash usage data, and collection/refill data, you split the first time by the sites and order it by date, the second time by servicing, and you calculate the daily balance iteratively (which is the magic of windowing)

The card is shorted from 12V to GND I'd like to guess, if it's behaving like that

Any time you power on the system with that thing plugged in it will just cause more and more damage unfortunately

Electrically compromised/stressed stuff often causes other parts to also have issues. Best to give the whole system to an e-recycler who will divert from landfill & stuff vs just keep buying stuff that may get fried

If you heard a spark and now the PSU shuts off when you try run it I would imagine that it's because one or more of the power stages failed, hm

If you call or somehow contact their customer service and explain that you are extremely dissatisfied with getting a defective product out of the box from them. Yes they will give you compensation or a coupon code or something. Most companies don’t want bad PR with potential customers.
