I still can't recommend the game in its current state, because the current patch (which was supposed to fix the AI not building ports), has resulted in Great Britain and France going into debt spirals by building exclusively ports, going bankrupt, deleting ports, rinse and repeat.

I detest people turning homes into money machines. Where I live, someone rented out two homes in our hood. They can't discriminate by law...which is good. But, those Section 8 housing tenants trashed both homes and were eventually evicted by law enforcement. Lost way more in damages than they could ever have recouped. LOL They were broke, so the owner couldn't sue.

Moral of the story, the cards are not always in the hands of the landlord. Just sell the home to a buyer that will value the property

There's times were you really need a longer shank to remove a large CPU heatsink from the MB while mounted in the case. Also to remove the corner screws holding the MB down too due to lack of wrist clearance.

If Linus could have a version to where the center of the handle could hold a shank extension, that would be awesome.
