Wiztree is good, but also bad. It uses Windows's pre-indexed libraries, which are horrendous. It also counts "reserved" space against you as well. I had a hell of a time figuring out why Wiztree was saying OneDrive was taking up 600GB of space on my computer with a 256GB drive in it, only to realize, it counts EVERYTHING in your OneDrive, even what isn't downloaded

Windirstat may take 20 seconds more than Wiztree, but is far more accurate, since it crawls everything in the moment
