I just purchased a new MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 board along with a i5-13600kf I understand that i need to update the bios for it to be compatible with my motherboard via the flashbios button on the rear I/O panel. I got a usb flashdrive and put the drivers on it and I plugged it in and it began to blink for 20 minutes after hitting the flash bios button. I realized I had to rename the file so I unplugged it renamed and plugged it back in to the MOBO, I pressed the flash bios button and It lit up red for about 5 seconds and then turned off. I have tried cleaning and resetting the flashdrive but the button on the mobo will not light up anymore does anyone have ideas?
