upgraded my CPU which f'ed up with windows and forces me to set a new pin, which opens the Microsoft login screen

I sign in using password and for the first time ever it's asking me to check the recovery email I haven't used in years for a code. I've been trying everything for the past 4 fucking hours and I can't sign into that recovery email for some ungodly reason, yes I've tired every route to recover that email

My only thing I can do is transfer what my recovery email is, to one I actually use and know the password for, which takes 30 days

my old-old-old job was web-dev for a web design agency. which was essentially a scam, made to look like a web design agency, all sales were done from cold calling, and pressure based sales techniques, and all sales people were very manipulative, all the way down to the basics... they were set super aggressive sales targets, and were told that lying was fine as long as they didnt write that lie down in an email or anything like that... and they were seen as "the company" and given all the best equipment, and given all the money.. me as a dev, and the 2 designers, who had to get anywhere from 30-50 websites designed built and uploaded a week... were only there so that when the customer realises they had been scammed out of more money than they thought they had agreed to... there was a website there on the web that we could show to the banks fraud team, which was all that we needed to do to stop them from clawing the money back... absolutely hated it there, but learned a lot about sales and psychology and business and business practices...
