usually drive goes in at 30 deg+ angle

the gpu isnt a bottleneck, because all it is there for is as a multi display output... so the gpu being there REMOVES any sort of bottleneck... and HFT is ALL on the CPU... no gpu involved... gpu displays some graphs for you on a screen... thats it.... all basic 2D rendering, the calculations for which, you could do on a piece of paper, and still be fast enough to display enough data

it should work, assuming the mic clamp you are using has a 1/4", 3/8" or 5/8" threads and or adaptors to work with the boom arm

It's a cool idea, but the "average" 3D printer can't do it safely. A quick google shows Food printers are somewhere in the ~$3000+ range

If you want exquisite details, you need to do it by hand

I mean, donuts and cakes and all sorts of things have been extruded for a long time.

Exquisite perfect details are not something you get from extrusion typically, especially computer controlled, because the feedback isn't that good.

There's a reason why people work for years to hone their skills in desserts and chocolaterie, and cake decorating.
