Well, overwriting a drive completely is going to take some time no matter what you do. backing up your data and formatting the drive is easy but if you want to overwrite the data on it completely to prevent recovery that's a longer process no matter what you do

DBAN seems to be highly regarded, just make absolutely sure everything you absolutely need is properly backed up and make sure you're wiping the correct drive

So, based on any GPU of the GTX970 (desktop) and newer? The 13 series iGPU is basically trash.
iGPUs are not meant to compete with desktop dGPUs.

(And even a 970 is a 2015/2016 GPU, so it's not new)

but mobile gpus are significantly below their desktop counterparts

but if you're playing 5+ year old titles, or other very low-demand games? It can do fine on an iGPU

but even the lowest rx6400 GPU Today? Will stomp on an iGPU.
(I would also NOT buy a 6400, but that's beside the point)
