I figured that out pretty quickly hints to why i would open chat, pause the game and show that the fps would instantly return to normal

I switched to a display manager instead of my window manager just incase that somehow had an affect on it despite it working fine the day before but had no luck

Originally i thought it had something to do with nvidia power settings, i was using a pretty crappy PSU so today i went ahead and got me a 750 watt gold power supply and it changed absolutly nothing, sometimes nvidia activates this little weird power mode when you are running high on power that causes games to just not function unless the user inputs something. Hints to why i assumed it was a power issue. Today confirmed otherwise

If I choose the "Keep my files" option, would it delete Steam and the 50 odd games I have?
