Your mistake of referencing UBM was understandable, because a lot of people still don't know how dishonest and unreliable it is. However, referencing Tom's Hardware's Top 10 list as a gauge of better or worse isn't exactly logical. After all, those lists only take into account raw performance without any other factors.

It's kind of like what Intel did with Rocket Lake. Sure, they slightly edged out their AMD competitors, but only at 3 times the power draw, for example.

I have a qdelix Bluetooth receiver for my wired IEMs so I am not looking for awesome music reproduction, these will just be for watching youtube or listening to podcasts. I want something that can use one bud at a time while the other charges (my current pair has on "main" bud that must always be on ant the other pairs to it) and allow pairing to 2 devices (not audio at the same time, just connect to a new device without hunting down which one is holding the connection open). Oh and some level of waterproofing and transparency mode would be a big plus. I'd like to stay under $100. I think Anker Liberty 3 pro is the best match so far. Any others I should check?
